Placing an order
Review the product details, quantity, delivery address, payment method, shipping charge, and total before submitting an order. An order is accepted only when payment has been authorized and Willowrally confirms the order.
Product availability
If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error is discovered, we may contact you to discuss a replacement, adjusted timing, or refund.
Payment
Payment is processed through the available checkout provider. Product prices are displayed in USD for the U.S.-facing storefront. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion, authorization, or bank charges.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared within the processing window shown in our Shipping Policy. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Do not send an item back without contacting support first.
